Description: Made from Pinot Noir grapes, the vineyards are located in Colombier-sur-Morges, in the Vaud region of La Côte. The rosé is obtained by blending two-thirds white pressing and one-third saignée (bleeding) from a selection of Pinot Noir grapes grown on the estate. A wine of great finesse, with fresh aromas and a good balance between suppleness and robustness, it can be enjoyed in its youth as an aperitif in the spring or with grilled food during the warmer months. A little more mature, after one to two years, it is ideal to accompany poultry or Asian dishes.
