Description : Ce Chasselas s’apprécie pleinement jeune pour sa fraîcheur et sa souplesse. Rond en bouche, il offre un bouquet floral et une finale typique de son terroir, avec une très légère amertume. Ce vin provient de parcelles situées exclusivement sur la commune de Mont-sur-Rolle, sur un terroir profond et riche en argile. À son apogée, il s’accorde à merveille avec un Gruyère AOC bien vieilli ou, en hiver, avec un Vacherin Mont-d’Or AOC.

Description: This Chasselas is best enjoyed in its youth for its freshness and suppleness; it is round, with a floral bouquet and a finish typical of its terroir, with a very slight bitterness. This wine comes from plots located exclusively in the commune of Mont-sur-Rolle, in a deep, richly clay-rich terroir. At its peak, it pairs beautifully with a well-aged Gruyère AOC or, during the winter months, with a Vacherin Mont-d’Or AOC.
